Besides the love that is put into all our dishes, Skimke's has its own 14 season rub that is used for all our smoked meats. A combination of our rub, barbecue sauce and pecan wood contributes to the great taste our customers crave and keep them coming back for more! We specialize in smoked meats such as ribs, rib tips, smoked chicken, Polish and pull pork and Skimke's offers other food items such as homemade hamburgers made from black Angus beef, Philly cheese steaks, Mississippi raised catfish and fried chicken along with a host of side items.
